I have been in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years with experience in all

aspects of lending from Loan Origination through Processing / Closing and underwriting

guidelines. I have been in Due Diligence / Forensic Underwriting Level II for the last 12

years. I am interested in returning to work as I have spent the last year helping my

parents (83 and 85) transition from their house of 40 years to a community where they

can still live alone in their own home but have assistance nearby. This is a neighborhood

for retired military officers only near Alexandria, VA. that had a long waiting list.

I am willing to work remote or on-site, and I am open to employment and contract work.
