Create, spearhead, and execute strategic planning for high profile events for the Army National Guard.
Review, assess, and advise in the staffing of Army National Guard (ARNG) strategic approach, governance strategy, senior executive council, and decision-making process.
Provide direct support to the ARNG Governance & Institutions Branch to coordinate and implement ARNG and DOD strategic policies. Support the development of the Army Plan, including editing and socializing documents.
Perform Quality Assurance checks on all deliverables to make certain documents are free of errors and report updates to the client through email or meeting format as determined by the ARNG Division Chief.
Conduct General Officer level presentations regularly, draft several 1-to-2-page Information papers each week, and provide executive summaries of meeting minutes of all and or related meetings for the ARNG.
