Nurse Consultant for medical malpractice cases for the plaintiff. Reviewed medical records, summarized care, developed medical chronologies, and timelines.
Spoke with potential clients regarding their cases and presented to the shareholders for acceptance.
Began training as a nurse paralegal.

Provided care to ventilator dependent youth. Provided skilled care to home health patients with medical diagnosis inclusive of cardiac, HIV, orthopedic, diabetes, wound care, respiratory, and neurologic.
Gave presentations to field sales positions, specialty directors and operation directors to prioritize accounts in the market to ensure effective maintenance, business development and territory management.
Directed and provided education on the Keeping Hearts at Home specialty program in Arizona.
Developed support plans and competency-based training programs to enhance knowledge base of healthcare staff.
