Leads the before contract team with timely & proper finishing of traffic analysis & technical inquiries.

Ensures that requests for site inspection, shop drawing, MSE, & other engineering requests are provided.

Prepares the semi-annual budget for the Engineering department.

As Production Manager, I oversee the OPU Final Test Pick-Up production process.

Arranges production manpower and schedule base on the planner’s given forecast.

Ensure that OPU pick-ups are delivered on time and of high quality;

Properly allocate the needed manpower, material, and machine resources needed to support the production schedule.

Estimates costs and sets the targeted quality standards;

Monitors the production output on a per time basis against the goal and adjusts as needed to recover lost products.

Checks pick-up standards and implements Self Quality Audit (SQA);

Communicates and cooperates with managers / personnel from different departments to close any new/recurring/pending issues.

Cooperates with other co-managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

Leads, coaches, supervises, and motivates operators to be able for them to properly work at a good mindset and optimum performance level.

As TEST Project Manager for NPI, I manage the project team tasks & responsibilities during the duration of the project, and publishes weekly project updates for customer review.

Responsible to introduce new customer’s equipment process, & procedures for IC testing from engineering or pre- production mode to Test Manufacturing Operations in accordance to the comprehensive release methodology.

Provides Technical support to Test Manufacturing Operations and guidance on process implementation and analysis to attain optimum yield and superior product quality and reliability.

In-charge of providing technical product engineering support and guidance on product qualification and implementation to ensure conformance to customer specifications.

Leads cost reduction programs, methods and productivity improvement projects to production and other support groups.

Oversees, monitors, and ensures immediate verification & disposition of engineering hold lots.

Provides product transfer, set-up, & verification by qualifying test hardwares and programs coming from the customer.
