Preparation of Delay Analysis Reports.

Checking and taking the levels of drawing.

Quality Management and documentation of Quality Control Reports. Documentation of every material which we procured for the construction work. Prepared and submitted various MIS reports like DPRs, MPRs. Checking and understanding the Drawings and explaining to sub-contractors as per the requirement.

Coordinating with client and took necessary changes of the project execution as per their requirements along with the Manager.
