I am a B.Sc. undergraduate of Biology specialized in Forestry and

Environmental Management (Honours). Enthusiastic on the Environmental Management and sustainability sector and the issues related to the environmental sector. Willing to contribute the maximum effort to achieve success in goals the related study area through dedication, creativeness and teamwork.

Experience

Currently working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Botany, University of Sri Jayewardenepura from year 2021. Worked as an Intern in the Pilisaru Solid Waste Management Project in Central Environmental Authority for Three months.

• Creation of a database to evaluate the progress of the Solid Waste Management Projects in order to have an idea about the waste generation rate within the country.

• Interact with different clients as assigned.

• Participate in site visits and perform fieldwork under the direction of the Director of the project.

• M.Phil. (Reading) in Botany in the University of Sri Jayewarenepura.

• Bachelor of Science: Environmental Management and Forestry
