At EIL I was associated with following projects all over the world performing the various roles specified hereunder.

1. LNG PROJECT OF SONATRACH AT ARZEW ALGERIA

Job Title : Contract Administrator Period: 03.02.2010 till 9.2.2011

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Contract Management and inspection of all activities related to natural gas liquefaction, fractionation, storage and marine loading facilities of LNG3Z project of Sonatrach at Arzew Algeria as a part of client Project Management Team being executed by MNC at a project cost of USD 2.9 Billion.

2. GURU GOBIND SINGH REFINERY OF M/S HMEL AT BATHINDA.

Job Title : Site In charge: Period: 08.02.2007 to 03.02.2010

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Construction Management of all works related to 9 MMTPA grass root refinery at Bathinda, India valued at Rs 12000 crores (USD 4 Bn). Working as main PMC to client responsible for timely execution and Quality control of all infrastructure, civil, structural, mechanical, tanks and piping works, electrical and instrumentation work at site, as well as responsible for all warehouse management and coordination with different Engineering agencies and various vendors for supplies.

The above refinery comprises : CDU, VDU, NSU, NHT+CCR, DHDT, VGO-HDT, FCC-PC, PRU, PPU, DCU, HGU, SRU, ARU, SWSU-I & II, SLTU, CLTU, ATF, FGTU, HRU, CPP, Utilities Offsite & Infrastructure.

3. B2S2 PROJECT OF BOST AT BUIPE, GHANA.

Job Title : Site In charge Period : 01.12.05 to 08.02.07

Project Phase : Construction phase under LSTK (Lump sum Turnkey Contract)

Construction management of works as Site In charge for Bulk Oil Petroleum Storage Project awarded by owner (BOST) on LSTK basis. Working as main PMC to Client responsible for timely execution and quality control of works involving storage tanks, piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation works.

Also appointed by owner as “Independent inspector” for technical audit of additional APDSS

4. ESSAR OIL REFINERY OF ESSAR OIL LIMITED AT JAMNAGAR, INDIA

Job Title : Area Manager Period : 11.07.05 to 06.12.05

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Construction supervision of cross country 48” pipeline from jetty to refinery along with entire firewater network of 9 MTPA oil refinery working as main PMC to client responsible for implementation of quality assurance system.

5. PARAXYLENE PROJECT OF INDIAN OIL CORP. AT PANIPAT, INDIA

Job Title : In charge Warehouse Period : 14.06.04 to 10.07.05

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Warehouse management of entire project materials for PX1/PX2 project of owner, awarded to EIL on LSTK basis. Work involved planning warehouse facilities, receiving, inspection, issue and reconciliation of all indigenous as well as imported equipment, piping and other bulk materials, tagged items, spares etc.

Responsible for expediting vendor supplies, coordinating between various agencies, documentation and inter phase with planning and construction agencies for timely availability and issue of materials to various subcontractors to meet the project time schedule. Also responsible for the release of payments to various vendors as per terms of Purchase Orders. During this period I was also deputed to inspect and coordinate offshore MUT pipeline project of ONGC being executed by HHI, Korea from 12.01.2005 to 11.02.2005 and was stationed offshore on barge for 15 days.

6. DAHEJ VIJAYPUR PIPELINE PROJECT OF GAIL (INDIA) LTD. AT VIJAYPOUR, INDIA

Job Title : Senior Manager Period : 16.02.04 to 13.06.04

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Construction supervision of chemical cleaning of gas pipelines for CNG terminal of GAIL as well as inspection of structural works for pre-commissioning of CNG terminal.

7. KHARTOUM REFINERY EXPANSION PROJECT OF KHARTOUM REFINERY COMPANY AT SUDAN.

Project Phase : Construction phase under LSTK

Construction management of entire expansion project related to DCU being executed by China Petroleum Engineering Construction Corporation. Working as main PMC to Owner, responsible for finalization of Inspection and test plans, quality assurance, quality control, monitoring and timely completion of project. Work involved tall columns, exchangers, heavy equipment, pumps, storage tanks, piping of various sizes etc.

8. VIZAG SECUNDERABAD LPG PIPELINE PROJECT OF M/s GAIL (INDIA) AT VISAKAPATNAM, INDIA

Job Title : Spread In charge/Const. Coordinator Period: 18.02.02 to 30.09.03

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM (Engineering, Procurement,

Construction, Supervision and Project Management) Services.

Construction supervision of 111 km long 12” dia LPG pipeline with 9 No. SV stations with necessary CP, Telecom and SCADA including dispatch facilities at terminal. Also coordinated all activities of 3 layer PE coating at works and was also responsible for payment to customs and other authorities for all imported consignments.

In addition I was deputed from 01.05.03 to 31.05.03 to HPCL Refinery at Bathinda, India for construction supervision of tankage works of 6 MTPA oil refinery.

9. GUWAHATI REFINERY – DISEL HYDROTREATER OF M/s INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., INDIA.

Job Title : Area Manager Period : 27.06.00 to 18.02.02

Project Phase : Construction phase under LSTK (Lump sum Turnkey Contract)

Construction management of works as Area Manager for HDT and Hydrogen unit awarded by owner on LSTK basis. Working as main PMC to client responsible for timely execution and quality control or works. Work involved tall reactors, cladded equipment and piping works of various thickness and grades including NACE materials.

10. NODCO, DOHA (QATAR) REFINERY EXPANSION PROJECT OF M/s NODCO

Job Title : Lead Engineer (Tankage) Period : 27.02.00 to 26.06.00

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM (Engineering Procurement,

Construction, Supervision and Project Management) services.

Work involved construction supervision and quality control of all tanks totaling 42 no. Also participated in tank revamping works during refinery shutdown.

11. JAMNAGAR LONI LPG PIPELINE (JAIPUR) PROJECT OF GAIL.

Job Title : Const. Coordinator Period : 01.02.99 to 26.02.00

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Supervision and Project Management) services.

Construction management of works as Area In charge and responsible for implementation of quality assurance of cross country pipeline project meant for carrying LPG at a distance of 750 Kms.

Also involved with management of receipts and issues of bare and coated line pipes of entire project.

12. HPL, HALDIA (PSC) – PETROCHEMICAL PORJECT OF M/s HALDIA PETROCHEMICALS LTD.

Area In charge and responsible for fabrication and erection to tankages of various utilities of site including plant piping of various type i.e. CS, SS, GI, etc. Also area in charge of Poly Propylene unit working as main PMC to the client for total execution of all discipline activities. 13. PANIPAT REFINERY – 6 MMPTA PANIPAT REFINERY PROJECT OF M/s INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., INDIA

Job Title : Area In charge Period : 08.06.94 to 08.03.98Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM (Engineering, Procurement,

Construction, Supervision and Project Management) services.

Construction management of mechanical works related to offsite and utilities of entire refinery as Area Coordinator.

Work involved erection, testing and commissioning of heavy equipment, pumps, motors air, compressors, tall columns, fabrication and erection of storage tanks (74 Nos. of various sizes), LPG spheres (7 Nos. of 14 m dia), plant and rack pipeline of various grades and diameters e.g. SS, CS and Alloy Steel. Total piping executed was above 2.5 million inch meters. Also carried out entire insulation and painting of entire tanks and piping of offsite and utilities of the refinery. Well versed with contract administration, contractor billing, and extra claim settlement.

14. RSMML UDAIPUR – MINES & MINERALS PROJECT OF M/s RAJASTHAN STATE MINES & MINERALS LTD. INDIA

Job Title : In-charge Period : 21.01.90 to 07.06.94Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Construction supervision of mechanical works related to HGO/LGO plant, conveyor system, stacker and reclaimer system, road bridges, mine haulage system for rock phosphate beneficiation unit including crushers, feeders, gallery internals etc. as per standards and codes, certification of work measurement of bills including finalization of contracts.

15. HBJ LUCKNOW-HAZIRA BIJAPUR JAGDISHPUR CROSS COUNTRY PIPELINE PROJECT OF M/s GAIL, INDIA

Job Title : Terminal In charge Period : 19.03.87 to 20.01.90

Project Phase : Construction phase under LSTK contract

Group leader of construction team assigned to ensure all QA/QC aspects of Auraiya booster compressor station of HBJ Pipeline Project. Work involved Gas Compressors, Gas Turbine Generators, Pipeline receivers and launchers, connected piping approx. 5 km of various diameters and grades, installation of various equipment and commissioning of control room. Well versed with contractor billing, claims settlement and QA/QC settlement.

In addition I was deputed from 07.05.89 to 30.09.89 to Oswal Petrochemicals Ltd. Mumbai, India for inspection and reconstruction of olefin unit.

16. NALCO, DAMANJODI-BAUXITE MINES AND ALUMINA PROJECT OF M/s NATIONAL ALUMINIUM CORPORATION LTD., INDIA

Job Title : Area In charge Period : 25.11.84 to 18.03.87

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Construction management of mechanical equipment and piping for calcinations unit of alumina plant, inspection of all conveyors, silos, rapid loading system for alumina, filtration units, hydrate storage, including erection of heavy equipment furnaces, electrostatic precipitators, refractory works, conveyor galleries, bins, rubber-lining works etc. Involved with stage wise as well as final inspection of aforesaid jobs, and certification thereof on behalf of owner.

17. HZL VIZAG-LEAD PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT OF M/s HINDUSTAN ZINC LTD. INDIA

Job Title : Site In charge Period : 22.03.83 to 23.11.84

Project Phase : Construction phase under EPCM services.

Associated with piping and equipment work of lead plant expansion project from 10,000 TPA to 22,000 TPA involving lead blast furnaces, refining furnaces, silver furnaces, winches, blowers etc. Also supervised Cold Hot Purification project for extraction of Zinc involving changeover of process from batch to continuous process of electrolytic cells,tanks, refractory and piping works.

In addition I was also involved with construction management of mechanical works of DM plant, drinking water, cooling water, service waster, raw water, WWTP and chlorination system of 3 MMTPA HPCL refinery at Visakhapatnam, India.

18. MALANKHAND COPPER PROJECT-COPPER CONCENTRATION PROJECT M/s HINDUSTAN COPPER LTD.

Construction supervision of petroleum projects working as Resident Engineer in Marketing Terminal at Kandla, India for 2 years dealing with construction of storage tanks, rail tank wagon loading gantries, pipelines, road tanker loading gantries and allied civil and electrical facilities.
