My objective is to give my years of experience after I retire. I volunteer at a Senior Center 2 days a week and I am still doing that. I started helping with a group of members that have dementia. Now I am in charge of all the volunteers for the Bingo Game that we hold on Wednesday and Fridays. I am in charge of letting the center manager know when we need supplies and I am in charge of prize money. I have been doing this since 2000 to date.

As a Customer Service Representative I had to help irate customers restore their TV service or set up a technical appointment for them. Sometimes a new customer needs an appointment for an install. My position also required me to do some sales and or to try to get them to upgrade their system.

Taking phone orders for Vitamins and Minerals putting orders into computers. I also worked in custer service helping customers with lost orders, replacing the order or returning their money. Whatever it took to comfort the customer.

For 1 year I was a photo printer and I was responsible for machine maintenance, Meeting deadlines for the prints I was working on. For the last 2 years I was a supervisor in charge of 8 photo printing machines and the personal that ran the printers, as well as 4 sorters and packaging personal. I also was in charge of quality control and scheduling of the full and part time staff. Plus deadlines of the work load.
