● Managed the development, manufacturing, and deployment of “High Power Multi Fan Box” Free Cooling Project consisting of 300 components with a $500K budget for Turk Telekom. Built a high-functioning team through effective hiring, performance management, and skill development

● Successfully planned and delivered projects for multiple international enterprises including BH Telekom in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Telenor in Serbia, Jawwal in Palestine, Azercell in Azerbaijan, Elcat Group(UNDP Project) in Kyrgyzstan. Supported the processes such as the delivery of the projects overseas (also domestic) including transportation, customs processes, local official processes, and permits.

● Prepared vendor submission file (including preparation of new documents, brochures, catalogs, installation, and user manuals, simulations for training) and secured a contract with Safaricom. Applied for a tender and received the first project with a budget of $200 K with Safaricom.

● Collaborated with cross-functional teams (R&D, hardware, software, electrical, electronics, mechanical engineers, and technicians) to develop and customize an Automatic Phase Selector Device for Alan Dick Co, in Nairobi, Kenya. Ensured successful passage of the POC test. Communicated with The Center for Green Growth of Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and the top 30 companies of the SMEs(Small and Medium Size Enterprise) in Nairobi, Kenya to introduce free cooling systems to be used in Industry thus saving energy and decreasing the carbon footprint. ● Managed the team to plan, design and prepare the National Digital Terrestrial Network (7 Multiplexes and 380 sites including Head End, Terrestrial Transmitter Sites, Towers, Coverage Planning, Antenna System Design, Energy, Back-Up Systems, and Regional&Local Insertion, Indoor Reception) which has a budget of €280M+ CAPEX, €4.6M+ monthly OPEX

● Prepared a DVB-T2 Field Trial with 3 High Power SFN transmitters. Managed field measurements and released the report to Government, the public, and the market. Presented results in international meetings and conferences.

● Accomplished a trial broadcast to validate the National Digital Terrestrial TV Frequency Planning of Turkey with a budget of €1.2M which took 9 months to complete. Saved 90 % of the budget by borrowing the devices free of charge from international vendors and spent just €100K instead of €1.2M.
