Advise internal and external issues regarding purchasing terms & Conditions In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
• Evaluate supplier performance based onquality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Resolve issues with contracts and supplies.
Resolve supply, quality, service andinvoicing issues with vendors Maintain thorough records of orders.
Assist in ISO Annual Performance Reviewfor vendors To study scope of work, Specification and BOQ,
To study the Feed drawing for the Complete project Quantity surveying, Estimating & Costing for the Project. Co-ordination with draughtsman for Shop Drawings.
Developing method statement for erection of structural steel works as per Inspection Test Plan and HSE Regulations.
Preparing material submittal for approval from the Consultants. Material indenting as per approved shop drawing & material submittal. Monitor and co-ordinate with staff for delivery of finished products in a timely effective manner.
Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving client and management project issues.
Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Supervising erection activities including providing all technical inputs for erection methodologies and coordination with site management to look ahead the practical problems, preparing and taking positive measures to overcome the expected delay. Implementing the works as per contract drawing in coordination with the approved shop drawings.
Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modification to achieve work within the budget.
