• Responsible for maintenance of both Hot & Cold section of Kitchen Equipment.
• Attend Daily Complaints of Kitchen related work.
• Follow up pending jobs & complete the work to avoid any further complaints.
• Carrying out Preventative Maintenance task as per the schedule and updating in the Alice Preventative Application, Incomplete equipment PR will be raised for spare parts & follow up with Coordinators.
• Checking & following up broken equipment, which is under warranty.
• Update kitchen Chefs & stewarding for any job pending.
• Maintenance of vacuum machine /cleaner of housekeeping departments.
• Checking gasoline leakage, gas detector, pressure gauge in the kitchen and inform Line Manager if any problem or call the contractor if under warranty.

• Repairing Kitchen equipment in other JA Resorts & Hotels properties when required.
• Maintaining kitchen area as per HACCP requirements, such as fixing of paper roll dispenser, soup dispenser, and locking system, applying silicon for working table.
• Attending chef request of repairing knife chopping, cutlery, tin cutter, food pan, chef n’ dish etc.
