o Outstanding Rating – I received an outstanding rating as the Contractor Quality Control Manager and Project Manager by the US Army Corps of Engineers for my work on the Life Safety Upgrade Project on the hospital at Beale AFB, California. I maintain a current OSHA 30 Hr. Safety & Health Card, CPR Card and my CQMC Certification with the US Army Corps of Engineers. o Increased Profits and Revenues – While working as the Project Director for a Fortune 500 company on the Paradise Valley Estates Retirement Community in Fairfield, California, I was able to complete the project $5 million under my $52 million budget. This added an additional 10% to the company’s bottom line that was not projected.

o On Time Delivery – Besides coming in under budget on the Paradise Valley Estates Retirement Community, I was able to complete within our 18 month build-out schedule from ground breaking to turn-key. This was on a 70 acre site with 123 apartment units, 205 single family homes, a 70 bed assisted living facility, a community center and recreation center. o Skills – Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly personable and capable of working with Owners, Government Officials, and Contractors. Proficient in solving problems and implementing solutions under tight deadlines. General Superintendent, Roseen Builders, Inc. (April 2022 to Present) o Managed all day to day operations for the ground up construction of an Animal Hospital including: preparing CPM job schedule, 3 week look ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, preparing RFI’s, scheduling inspections, quality control, conducted weekly sub coordination meetings. Senior Superintendent, Metcalf Builders, Inc. (March 2021 to March 2022) o Back end Senior Superintendent to complete 260 unit apartment complex in Reno, Nevada. Scheduled all subcontractors as well as self-perform workers. Kept schedule up to date and was responsible for the overall quality of the project. Senior Superintendent, Blue Mountain Construction Services. Inc. (August 2017 to February 2021) o Traveling Senior Superintendent in Bakersfield and Vallejo for a Design/Build/Owner/Operator company. Managed all day to day operations for the ground up construction of Assisted Living Facilities including: preparing CPM master schedule, scheduling all subcontractors, preparing RFI’s, scheduling inspections, quality control, conducted weekly sub meetings, managed and directed all self-performed workers.

General Superintendent, KeyWay Corp (October 2013 to January 2016) o Managed all day to day affairs for the ground up construction of a 116 unit Assisted Living Facility including: preparing CPM job schedule, scheduling all subcontractors, preparing RFI’s, scheduling inspections, quality control, conducted weekly sub meetings. Extensive SWPPP experience. Contractor Quality Control/Superintendent, Willkom, Inc. (January 2013 to October 2013) o Managed all day to day operations on a 20 chair VA Dental Clinic including: preparing CPM job schedule, scheduling all subcontractors and in-house employees, preparing RFI’s, quality control o Received an Outstanding Rating as the CQCM from the VA for my performance on the project. Director of Construction-Owner, Starr Valley Builders (November 1999 to December 2012) o Managed venture capital projects in land development and improvements working in the pre-design phase with architects and engineers, city agencies and officials, infrastructure installation and improvement, commercial building, condos, and multi-family construction through completion. o Received a signed petition with over 500 signatures opposing one of my projects. Appealed to the County Board of Supervisors and with my research and presentation was able to overturn the petition and secure a unanimous vote by all members of the County Board of Supervisors approving my project.

Senior Project Manager, JS Contracting (September 1998 to November 1999) o Managed renovation and ADA upgrades on hotels throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona. Secured permits, selected subcontractors, scheduled work, procured materials and supplies. Preformed Project Management on the entire project. o Scheduling was interwoven around the various hotel activities and conventions to lessen the impact and inconvenience to hotel guests. All the hotels remained open during the entire construction period.

Project Manager, The Haskell Company (March 1996 to September 1998) o Managed the pre-construction phase, the construction phase and close-out phase of the Paradise Valley Estates Retirement Community. High-pressure and fast passed with a $52 million construction budget and an 18 month build-out schedule from ground breaking of the 70 acre site to turn-key completion.

o Completed the project $5 million under budget, adding an additional 10% to the company’s bottom line. This was done through stringent contract scope writing, maintaining a strict schedule, micro- managing the key areas and transitions, and holding contractors and other personnel accountable for their part of the project.

Project Manager/Quality Control Manager, RHCI (November 1991 to March 1996) o Managed all phases of pre-construction and construction on Federal and Public Works projects throughout the Western United States.

o Overcame the difficulty and emotional impact of having a subcontractor shot and killed on one of my projects.
