This facility was experiencing much transitioning during my service. Due to a lack of permanent upper management the care team of LPNs, Med Techs, and HHAs assumed much of the overall responsibilities for the care of the residents.
I worked as part of a team to successfully treat and manage multiple skilled level residents in an assisted living setting. Kept at risk residents safe. Coordinated with outside therapies, doctors, and family members to provide the best care possible.
I also had opportunities to train fellow LPNs on procedures and treatments and teach care staff of warning signs of concern for many of our residents chronic diagnosis leading to better overall conditions of the residents.
