• Implemented a task management solution in SharePoint online for ProdOps team. The solution consists of a base manual tasks list with Task Name, Application, Frequency, Week Day, Month Date, Primary Owner, Secondary Owner, Review Day, and Sign-Off Status columns. A power automate flow create new task items in “manual tasks - in progress” list based on the criteria setup in base manual tasks list for each task item, the flow runs daily.
• Added French translation to Major Incident Communication solution that sends out company wide emails for outages of an application or service and tracks the incident until it is resolved. The solution consists of SharePoint 2016 list and SharePoint designer workflow to send out Major Incident Impact Assessment emails for each status of an incident.
DevOps
• Implemented a release management solution in SharePoint online based on twelve SharePoint lists. Two main lists for this solution are RM_Content and RM_UATSignOff. All other lists contain lookup column content for the two main lists. The forms for RM_Content and RM_UATSignOff lists are implemented using PowerApps.
