Performed high volume recruiting handling about 12 – 15 requisitions at the same time.

Used talent pools for keeping candidate profiles which could be needed for future Requsis

Hired candidates of which most were for IT roles like developers (backend, full stack, front end, DBAs, system admins, cloud engineers, Data architects and scientist, IT managers) and other non-IT roles like Managers, Finance specialist etc.

Generated offer letters and initiated background checks through vendors like HireRight.
