Data Migration Lead -SAP COE

Led a team to ingest legacy data into a data lake. The data migration included Supply Chain Management (SCM), Relationship management, and ECC data into S4 Hana. Source-like structures were created using metadata and populated using log-based CDC to use replicators.

A Tech lead on a presales team to implement Teradata Analytics Solution (TAS) for a large industrial conglomerate. I created data lineage to help in data governance and added security to PII data.

Led a team to implement TAS on a BODS platform for a large chemical company, which was a mainframe SAP shop. Migrate SAP data to Teradata. The replicated data was used for reporting

Successfully implemented TAS with a large semiconductor company. One of the main challenges was to extract data across the pond. The SAP source system was in Europe, and the Teradata landscape was in the US.

05/2010 – 10/2014 Infosys Limited

Enterprise Information Architect

Developed a BODS Landscape for DEV, QA., and PROD. environment. The customer was facing throughput issues in extraction DSO and open hub tables. Designed and successfully implemented extracting write-optimized DSO and tripled throughput. Obtained efficiency by pulling data instead of SAP pushing data into Teradata via Informatica.

As an Information Architect, defined and communicated data integration vision and strategy, including a road map for a business modernization program for a leading defense contractor with strict security requirements. I have helped strategize information delivery and developed best practices for collaborating with data stewards.

Led a team to deliver a data warehouse solution for Email Marketing and Database marketing. Provided a reporting solution comprising 3NF for operational BI and Star Schema for Analytical reporting

Led a team implementing a next-generation report system. Built a plan and execute the project using an agile methodology. The old report system was Java-based. The new report system is being developed leveraging Business Objects XI platform.

Led a team to implement operational BI for a childcare organization. As a data integration specialist, I built a hybrid model using Kimball and Inman methodologies.

Led a team to implement Accurate Corporate Reporting (ACR). ACR is a DSS used by executives to perform trend analysis.
