Inc 5000 Companies Analysis

• The dataset is about Inc 5000 companies listed in 2019 year.

• In order to determine the average revenue among companies broken down by the industry, cleaned the dataset following the data science pipleline and showed that the highest average revenue is in the Security industry at 124 million dollars, followed by Health at 109 million dollars and Logistics & Transportation at 101 million dollars.

• Our analysis showed that logistics and transportation, consumer products and services, and food & beverage had the largest average growth rates, all above 660% HR-Analytics – Predicting Employee Churn

• Predicted employee turnover using Decision Tree Classification.

• Observed a strong negative correlation of churn rate with satisfaction,project, and salary
