Small restaurant remodel in downtown Estes Park.
11000 Sq Ft tenant finish in Culver City California for World Wide Packaging. 1.8 million cost, very high end finishes. I loved working at RANACK and was disappointed to leave. I had no work for over 4 months and had to leave the company. That is when I decided to renw my inspection certifications.
Construction Superintendent at Southern Land Co., Boulder, CO May 2019 — November 2019
Hired to be front end Superintendent. 500,000 Sq Ft, 4 building multi occupancy, 160.000.000 cost.
Would immediately turn into assisting with entire aspects of the site until the framing could start.

4 building 3A, 5B occupancy Ground up with 3 floors underground, Shotcrete reinforced foundation. Water mitigation through out entire project, Podium, PT, cast in [place with structural steel as well. 4-5 floors of both light gauge steel and wood stick framing. Just about every exterior skin on exteriors of these buildings. Managed Framing, MEPs, Insulation, Fire stopping, Drywall assemblies through finishes, exterior skins, store front and curtain wall assemblies. One building had a 3rd floor pool, many elevators and worked with health department, Fire department and building department. Well over 200 workers on site regularly.
Integrity became a serious issue when top out bonus money became more important than building as per plan and approved changes. I will not take part in producing less than the client deserves for bonus money.
4 months after leaving this project, the General Superintendent and the Construction Manager were let go as a result of money swaying the quality of the project.
Front end Superintendent at Colorado Structures Inc., Colorado Springs
June 2016 — February 2019
Hired to manage front end of a 155 unit multi family with a 4 story Clubhouse attached, 3A occupancy, 45 million build cost. 1st project in 20 years at CSI delivered on time and under budget. Ground up involvement and taken to turn over.
11000 Sq FT Autozone in 86 days. Scrape off gas station, excavate and build structure.
125 room independent, assisted living and memory care Facility in Monument Co. extensive over ex, Grade beam PT slab, Wood framed 3 story building. Managed the project through paint and finish, moved just before turn over. 28 acre site.
10-20 unit apartment buildings, 3 story wood frame in Northern Colorado Springs. Front end Super assisting with the civil work. Stand alone clubhouse, pool and 45 detached garages, 26 acre site. CSI had lost a number of northern contracts and was laid off due to seniority in the company.
