Position responsibilities prepared and presenting multi-million dollar capital budget requests. Compare actual cost versus budget and reconcile capital project accounting records. Responsible for: Project Management of Flight Test Equipment, calibration schedules, fabrication and assemblies. Interface with internal and external laboratories, fabrication / machine shops and suppliers and vendors. Transducer Focal responsibilities include maintaining transducer availability for Boeing's Flight Test programs, scheduling calibration, fabrication and assembly of complex transducer configurations, interface with vendor on transducer specification.

Test Engineer / Laboratory Manager.

Support multiple engineering R&D programs and test teams by designing components, assembly of components and implementation of test rigs, gases delivery systems, and design engine exhaust system for Pratt & Whitney's R&D laboratory and “off-site” locations. Projects included Advanced Pulse Detonation Engine (PDE), Continuous Detonation Engine (CDE), and Shock Focusing Detonation (SFD). As part of a team performed demonstrations of Pratt & Whitney's SHOCKSystem, throughout the United States as a soot-blower system at coal burning power plates.
