EXPERIENCE: I have experience reviewing all loan documents, including credit, income
( Tax analysis of Schedule C, S-Corp (1120S), Corp (1120), Partnerships (1065), capital gains, dividend, wage earner, passive income and Farm income), assets, collateral (Extensive appraisal review experience includes; SFR, 2-4 unit investment properties, mobile units, condominiums and Co-op), title, and fraud tools; to determine the borrower’s ability to repay the debt, in accordance with the AUS, FNMA, FHLMC, and Investor Guidelines and internal overlays. Additionally, I have experience in quality reviews, auditing and compliance procedures, researching and resolving escalations, granting exceptions, coaching.
Software experience includes, but not limited to: Encompass, Ifulfill, Statusmart, Clues, Edge, Desktop Underwriter, and Loan Prospector. I am proficient with Excel and Word. I’m able to quickly learn and navigate multiple technology applications.
