CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Proved perfectionism and precisely constructed foundations for prefabricated school classrooms and facilities as a subcontractor for Modtec Prefabricated Buildings. With no room for error, executed level and square foundations that perfectly fit all connections of placed buildings. All work inspected by Ca State officials and special inspectors.

Properly completed numerous basement installations under pre-existing structures. Consistently passing required inspections by engineer of record avoiding water intrusion, failure of a jointing properties, and structural flaws. Work required the shoring of existing structure and neighboring property line soils, and excavation of new living space and existing footings. Installation of all rebar, retaining walls, footings, embedded hardware, shotcrete, drainage systems under slabs and behind walls, waterproofing, backfill, structural framing and concrete flatwork.

Coordinated timely construction of complete custom home foundation and framing under strict budget and timeframe, as well as handled and resolved plan discrepancies in a friendly and professional manner.
