Mr. Akhtar Hayat is a Site Engineer/Site Supervisor works inspector possessing 15 years of field experience in Pakistan, Qatar, and UAE in inspection and construction supervision as per design, drawing, and bill of quantities at different civil works projects including Highways, Infrastructure This experience consisting of an inspection of all concerned activities at site i.e., Earthwork, Road’s structure, embankment, culverts, retaining walls, backfilling, cut and fill, Road diversions, asphalt, concrete, sub and superstructures, cast in situ and pre-cast structures, utilities works, walkways and finishing works. and also has experience that how communicating and launch the activities and its completion as per work schedule and also excellent knowledge of testing of all activities. Currently working with Mar bu Contracting company on Ashghal LRDP (RPD) Project as Site Engineer Utilities and Roads / Site Supervisor and my roles and responsibilities are following but no limited to

Construction of Storm water, Foul sewer Main and house connection lines including chambers and Manholes, Potable water networks, TSE pipe laying including construction of DistributionGullies work, Road crossing ducts for Electrical/QNBN/Ooredoo and Street lighting networks Construction of road works including interlock for footpath and parking, Supply and installation.

Supervising Utilities works of fouel sewer and surface water Drainge and house connections

Supervising embankment, subgrade, subbase, fill layers, laying at site including checking the prime coat, tack coat, pavers, steel rollers and PTR and following the mix design parameter, laying in site for A/C base course and A/C wearing course.

Review ensured that activities offered for inspection has been approved as pershop drawings, method statements (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP). And Conduting Inspectipn with Engineering consultant.

Implement all quality control, inspection and testing requirements contained in the contract Documents.

Report in writing to the relevant superiors in the event that the Shop Drawings, materials used, quality of work MS, QCP and ITP is not approved or not in compliance with or do not cover all specification requirements.

Supervision of concrete Works including Reinforcement Concrete.

Supervision of Installation of curbstones (Granite, Concrete) from blinding to finishing.

Performs quality control and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract requirements.

Closely monitor concrete pours and check continuously concrete materials delivered to the site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all concrete tests are carried out as per contract requirements.

Perform frequent checks of formwork/shuttering systems to ensure quality, safety, and constructability aspects are met.

Carry out the inspections for various phases of all road works and other utilities with an important part in assuring the quality of work.

Ensure compliance of the work with the drawings and specifications.

Be familiar with the plans, specifications, and construction methods for the phases of the work.
