JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

BIM Modeling – (LOD 100-500 & COORDINATION)

o Works with project engineers to communicate, problem-solve, and update models for coordination, design development, and construction. o Coordinating with the BIM manager, consultants, and other contractors for related issues. o Coordinating with other respective discipline managers for coordination. o Setting up proper project parameters and project information. o Monitoring BIM models for coordination and information integrity to ensure compliance with project deliverables and BIM standards and attending project coordination meetings. o Preparation of BIM MEP Models in Revit systems such as HVAC ducting & chilled water piping system, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Protection, Electrical services MV LV and low current. o Produce MEP Services BIM Models deliverables Construction, documentation, and fabrication o Prepare accurate 2D drawings from project BIM models, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes, and all visibility settings o Maintaining and sharing BIM libraries in collaboration with design teams o Creating and updating BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information and ensuring the integrity/ quality of the models

o Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflow protocols, and standards within the MEP Engineering Team
