Conducting inspections on residential properties to check for compliance and assess if there are hazards or any structural defects. This entails examining both the interior and exterior of properties, including infrastructure, electrical and plumbing systems, and water quality.

Create detailed reports to the agency regarding any problems and or violations found during an inspection.

Ensuring that necessary repairs and improvements are done in accordance with the code enforcement laws.
