• Monitors workload of employees.

• Provide support to the receptionist on and as needed basis, which includes answering phone and greeting clients & visitors. Ensure that all incoming calls are answered promptly and efficiently.

• Routinely inspecting offices to ensure they are maintained and cleaned to acceptable level.

• Ensure the safety of the building from fire, flood, and other hazards.

• Assist the facilities manager in preparing the annual budget.
