19) Carried out erection tests such as torque tests at connections (cable, bus bars), insulation resistance test, and winding resistance test, earthing resistance and Hi Pot test of HV and MV cables as well.
20) Carried out the testing of transformer which includes visual check for external damage, visual check for the bushings, cooling fans, radiators and mounting of various electrical devices.
21) Responsible for carrying out functional tests including the insulation resistance of control circuit with 500 V DC Megger, functional test of oil cooler pumps and fans, functional test of OLTC (tap changing and alarms), function checks of protective relays of transformer (alarm and trip) like bucholz relay, pressure relief devices, oil level indicator, oil temperature, winding temperature, OLTC oil level, OLTC pressure relief Valve.
