• In June, July and August assisted the Appraisal department and completed the following:

•Citrix, BLN, Appraisal Nation and Clear Capital

•Review each email from the Appraisal Review List

•Create a folder with borrowers and property street address for each 30-year email.

•Enter loan number, borrower last name, and complete property address on appraisal spreadsheet.

•Copy of the email and the appraisal in appraisal reviewer’s folder.

• In March and April assisted the Closing department

•Citrix, BLN, Closing Folder, Spreadsheet listing Wiring instructions Received and Wire Instructions Pending.

•Wire Instructions Spreadsheet: retrieve loan number from either list.

•Citrix: search for the loan number from the closing folder, search for wire instructions:

•If wire instructions are received in the closing folder: from BLN, under contact, retrieve the telephone number to the title company or the attorney office. Call the to confirm the wiring instructions for accuracy. Confirm bank name, account number (may have to confirm the last four digits of the account number, if not provided on the actual wiring instructions) and confirm the aba/routing number

•Document the information in BLN log with the wire instructions verified and the name of the person who confirmed the wiring instructions.

•Document on the spreadsheet: wire received, and wire confirmed.

• Citrix: search for the loan number in the closing folder for the contact person phone number and/email to request a copy of the wiring instructions.

•Email or call the title company or the attorney office for a copy of the wiring instructions, if needed.

•May have to provide the property address and borrower’s name to receive the correct wiring instructions.

•Once a copy is received call the appropriated office back to confirm accuracy (as noted above)

• Upload a copy of the wiring instructions in Citrix closing folder.

• Constantly update the spreadsheet

•Citrix, BLN, Appraisal Nation and Clear Capital

•Review each email from Appraisal Nation, Clear Capital, and Loan Officer

•In Citrix, upload into each folder: (1) appraisal, (2) flood certs, (3) purchase contracts (if applicable), (4) rehab budgets (if applicable) (5) appraisal review forms

•Review appraisal and enter required information onto the appraisal forms, such as, Loan #, borrower’s name, property address, legal info, neighborhood info, improvements, rehab and sales price, date of valuation, date of report, “as is” value, ARV any missing information, with loan office and processor name.

•Upload each document into BLN website for Lead Appraiser Reviewer

•For 30-year folders enter loan number, property address on the excel spreadsheet in Citrix to have access.

•For 12-month folders place into “completed” folder in house lead appraiser to have access
