The 300 MBCD Marjan Increment Program is an integrated development for oil, associated gas, gas cap and non-associated gas production. Marjan development program includes new offshore oil and gas facilities, onshore crude oil stabilization facilities (GOSP), a gas processing plant at Tanajib (TGP), Cogeneration facility, and Water desalination facility (all under other BI’s). Marjan Field Increment Program to maintain the Maximum Sustained Capability.

BI-10-09004 will provide a total of 11 new pipelines to transport AM, sour gas, sales gas, condensate, NGL and product from new facilities planned in Tanajib area or existing facility to various existing facility locations as well as end users. All new pipelines will be installed in the existing SJ-1/SK/KRT corridors or other exiting corridors except some short pipelines that will be connected to the new Tanajib Gas Plant, where there is no existing pipeline corridor. The project is utilizing the Saudi Aramco Capital Program Efficiencies Department, Capital Management System (CMS) methodology for project execution. 2. HARADH FIELD

Construction of 15 gas well tie-ins, expansion of existing WAQR Gas Gathering Manifold, transmission line from WAQR GGM to HdGP Inlet Area, 5 new remote headers, upgrading of existing WAQR Remote Header, 5 new Operations Support Building (OSB), Overhead Distribution Power Lines, Cathodic Protection, 5 Communication Shelters, TETRA Radio Systems, Communication Cabling and Equipment, FOC line and OPGW, Surveillance

Installation of all phases of Oil well site, flow lines, trunk lines, laterals, headers, manifolds, transfer lines and any other pipelines with all associated facilities, such as instrumentation, communication, SCADA, fencing, site preparation, civil work, and buildings. Location is Southern Area Zone SA-2 and SA-4 which covers Harmaliyah, Haradh, Uthmaniyah & Hawiyah.

Installation of all phases of Gas well site, flow lines, trunk lines, laterals, headers, manifolds, transfer lines and any other pipelines with all associated facilities, such as instrumentation, communication, SCADA, fencing, site preparation, civil work, and buildings. Location is Southern Area Zone SA-1, SA-2 and SA-4 which covers Aindar, Shedgum, Harmaliyah, Haradh, Uthmaniyah & Hawiyah. 5. JIGN (AIR

The pipeline scope will consist of three pipelines network that will be installed for H2, O2 and N2 to distribute the gases to customers via network that will be primarily laid on existing pipe racks owned by Royal Commission in Jubail area. • H2 pipeline will be 20” diameter running east/west with and 16” north/south branches • N2 pipeline will be 18” diameter running east/west with 16” north/ south lateral • O2 pipeline will be 12” diameter running east/west pipeline with 10” north/south lateral The new plant for Air Products (AP) is to be established in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia approximately 16 Km from Jubail City & 126 Km from Dhahran. The project will connect the proposed pipelines from AP plant to the different customers in Jubail industrial city-2 via existing RC corridor. The proposed H2, N2

& O2 pipelines will be laid in the RC corridor of Jubail industrial city-2 area and will follow existing pipe sleeper of RC corridor. The metering skids/stations will be located inside the customers connections (metering skids, not part of this work package scope) will be in Jubail.
