Duties:

Accurately records, pre-checks, and pick-up all food and beverage orders.

Greet the guests, introduce myself, deliver or serve guests in the villa.

Serves guests their food and beverages in a prompt, courteous manner as per the standard sequence of the service.

Up-sell or promote all specials advertised in the outlet such as Romantic Dinner, BBQ packages as well as promoting slow-moving items.

To understand and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations established in regards to the Hotel policy on fire, hygiene, and safety.

To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations.

Knowledge of Hotel, in-house, facilities, and local information to respond to guests questions in these areas as required.

To ensure communication between Kitchen, Order taker, and Service team members.

Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of the products and operating equipment.

Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the responsibility level as assigned in the department.

Nicely and romantically do Romantic Dinner set-ups in the required villas.

Arranging and making BBQ setups in the required villas.

Ability to operate and handle Mini Bar as well.

Raising checks and maintaining mini bar register.

Authorized to enter in all guests villas pertaining to the minibar at any given time except DND is placed.

Responsible for replenishment of minibar items in rooms.

Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of a minibar as per the hotel and the outlet standard.

Check, charge, refill, and stock and clean the minibars in the villas in accordance to the departmental procedures and policies.

Responsible for maintaining the minibar and products in the villas to ensure not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those items as per the procedure of the department.

Raise store requisition and obtain stock from time to time.

Ensure rotational of minibar products.

Communicate effectively to the required superiors any issues and all guests’ concerns.
