● Experienced in organizing and carrying out participant recruitment, tracking and retention, data collection, data entry, database maintenance and all other aspects of participant progression.

● Collaborated as Lead Research Assistant for the FR 2.0 Study (The Effects of Stress and Irregular Shifts Hours on First Responders), which included a few hundred participants. Responsible for the initial contact with participants, collected clinical data from partner clinics, reported ongoing data results, and continued communication to ensure the completion of their participation in the study.

● Oversaw a couple thousand participants of the MACO Study (Microbiome, Anxiety, and Cognitive Orientation Study). Validated and reviewed their survey results to help identify the quality of their responses to align with Endominance’s goal of combining biological, mental, and environmental factors to create future proof healthcare solutions for those who need it the most.

● Contributed to refining the process and procedures for the MACO Study. Suggested and integrated improvements to company standard procedures and protocol.

● Identified inconsistencies within current research data collection processes and successfully recommended solutions and enhancements to the process.

● Presented to the Research team and representatives from partnering clinics the data associated with research analytics and participant engagement in weekly virtual meetings.

● Coordinated participant management by using various data management platforms such as Constant Contact, SurveyMonkey, Google Workspace, etc.

● Managed communications and collaborative efforts using project management and organizational tools such as Jira and Slack.

● Assembled, shipped and tracked biospecimen collection kits to ensure the participant’s microbiome sample is completed in a timely manner. Continual tracking for receipts of valid samples by collaborating with our partnered lab and keeping in close communication with participants.
