I have been in customer care for 25yrs. I managed a Million Dollar business with 20-30 employees. I did schedules, payroll, involved in the hiring process and also the exiting process. I ordered products needed to make sure there was enough product till the next order came in. Able to train employees to do there job proficiently and accurately in a timely manner. I make goals achievable and make budget monthly. But my employees are happy which in return makes the consumers even more happy. I worked money and did deposits daily. I can answer using phone system and use computer to also provide customer service.

I learned to run the kitchen properly and efficiently. Then I learned how to run register and take money. I worked my way to becoming an Assistant Manager then the General Manager. Employed up to 30 employees. I hired, trained and fired employees to run the business efficiently. Meanwhile I was doing schedules, ordering, making budgets, proctor for food safety testing (Serv Safe), and training other Assistant Manager for them to become General Managers. Customers are always right. Making the customer happy so they keep coming back but also I had to take care of the customer complaints.

Call center working remotely. I worked with banking financials, fraud, and group chats when employees had problems or needed computer assistance.
