Scope:

Develops, coordinates, and directs facilities maintenance, safety functions and programs of our team over all stores, warehouses, accommodations, and SACO vehicles. Promote "Safety First" culture in the workplace.

Member of the Consulting Engineers Committee to discuss any vision for implementing any new structure for SACO facilities.

Creating facilities maintenance and safety policy approved from the top management.

Take proactive actions to reduce any fines, compensations, accidents, occupational illnesses with increasing the efficiency of systems.

Initiating, Applying, upgrading, and reviewing maintenance and HSE SOPs (standard operating procedures).

Conducting the maintenance and HSE yearly business plan with SMART KPIs under SOP Umbrella and based on the data history log on the previous, working to ensure the goal and objectives are implemented within suitable time & cost and report any deviation.

Create the facilities maintenance and HSE yearly budget based on a comprehensive view of the status taking into consideration the governmental requirements which are expected due to the previous experience data log and review budgeted projects monthly to compare (actual vs. budget) and justify any variance.

Supervise the semi-annual preparation of the fire safety risk assessment (FSRA) and closely monitor the maintenance and safety visits conducted by our team.

Review and develop the terms of the annual maintenance contract for third party contractors, ensuring protection for SACO against any possible losses.

Prepare a bi-weekly report to present all completed the activities or projects during that month and submit it to Assets Protection director.

Stand on and approve the training programs in each of, systems, HSE, first aid training and evacuation drills conducted by our team for SACO employee’s kingdom wide.

Follow up all governmental and any of other enforcing agency requirements related to the division requested from civil defense, GOSI, insurance, internal and external audits organizations and Follow- up the civil defense license validity and work to comply with any legal, financial, or contracting perquisites.

Review all reports analyzing compiled data to determine areas of improvement and supervise the visit inspections of the workplace ensuring all electromechanical systems are under fully operation and the safety standards are met and being enforced consistently.

Prepare a monthly achievement report to present all completed maintenance and safety activities or projects during that month and submit it to Assets Protection director who submit it by his role to the top management.

Evaluate our team performance twice/year to ensure team is aligned to the organizational goals.

Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns both systems and safety aspect.

Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans based on the previous maintenance and safety log.
