●Data Center Migration: Worked with the Database Administration team to migrate application databases to new data center. Duties included testing of new environment, migration of database files, creating new databases using files and data pump from previous environment, separation of applications from previously shared databases to new shared databases, coordinating move timings with users, based on size and downtime requirements.

●Training Focal: Worked as training focal for implementation of new IT service request applications. Created walk-thru documentation for users, to be used in training classes held by me. Assisted users after implementation of ticketing system by responding to additional requirements and informing users of changes to application as they occurred.
