Build model that can predict a given apartment in Tunis, Tunisia according to the market prices taking into consideration different features. Present a performance comparison between several regression algorithms applied.

Find the accuracy of a model that shows the most relevant variables that are likely to affect house prices.

Data collection: Used Web Scraping to extract data from tech properties marketplace companies.

Data pre-processing: Handled missing values, categorical variables and outliers.

Data Analysis: Analyzed the correlation between the variables and Split the data into train and test sets.

Algorithms implementation: Linear regression, Lasso, Ridge, Decision tree, Random Forest, Support vector regression, XGBoost, Knearest neighbors and Neural Network using Scikit-learn library in Python. Model comparison: compared the predicted price and the actual one. Model evaluation: applied two evaluation metrics, Root Mean Square Error

(RMSE) and the coefficient determination (R-Squared) to asses the performance of the models.
