Over the 10 years of working with Kroger, I've gained extensive knowledge of Inventory Management and Work Flow Management. My experience in inventory management consists of daily scans of product to ensure the correct amount of product was in the store, forecasting what product was needed for the future, finding problematic stock, ordering reserve stock for holidays, and ordering and setting up display stock for sales, as well as selling down extra stock after sales to maintain organization in the backroom. Every 4-8 months an audit is initiated of the store's inventory, so I have had to do full scans to ensure we would pass the audit. While, I was a Photo Finish Judge I had to troubleshoot software, timer, and camera problems I've always been a go to person to repair hardware or software computer problems in my family. I've recently obtained my AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification in about two weeks, so I'm pretty quick to learn. I have my CC (ISC), Google IT Support, and CompTIA A+ certifications. I have experience in Office and Excel through college.
Experience
Grocery Clerk
Kroger
Dec 2012 - Present (10 years 7 months)
Maintaining a proper inventory count through scans and spotting problem areas and fixing those problems to maintain a proper backroom.
Using a proper work flow throughout my shift to complete my own assigned amount of work, fixing any problems, and helping other associates with their work and problems. Managing associates and training new associates properly. Providing an excellent customer experience to solve any problem they may have to ensure they keep coming back to our store. The company gives a lot of space to come up with solutions, such as free items, samples, substitutions of more expensive items, or just about anything you can think that might make the customer happy. For example, I once gave a customer some new cereal for free, they wanted to try but wasn't sure if it was worth the cost if they didn't like it. Photo Finish Judge and Timer
RedMile Racing

Troubleshooting applications, the computer, and equipment when needed. Including having to solve issues that happened during the race quickly. For example, the camera would go down during a race and I would have to work quickly to get it back up before the race finished. I would often need to edit application settings when the computer was at a different race track to suit our race track. Timed each race and took a photograph, which I used to judge the winners with the other judges. Education
