Responsibilities included: Interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating employees. I handled all job scheduling and setup. Ordered supplies and kept up with equipment and facility maintenance. I assisted with the implementation of a large systems integration project for the state of Maryland in which we assembled and tested servers, workstations with scanners and jukeboxes and loaded all applicable software.

After all systems checked out okay we installed each network including running necessary cabling using RJ45 connectors. This was done in each county in the State of Maryland. We also provided support. I participated in writing and presenting the technical portion of company proposals. This was a micrographic, reprographics and data entry company. In this position I managed three shifts with over 100 employees. I handled interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating employees. At ADI, I was responsible for document storage and retrieval of client files We were charged with organizing, adding to, and purging documents within the files, and then capturing the documents on microfilm. I ran a courier department to deliver most requests; others were prepared and delivered by mail. We produced more than 15 million microfiche per day, using over 75 pieces of equipment. We duplicated 35 to 40, 000 documents daily. I maintained all equipment and supplies. At ADI we mainly contracted to do work for the Government Printing Office - GPO and US Department Health and Human Services.
