I had to start fresh and reposition my career when I immigrated to Canada. Bardel is a leading animation production company for DreamWorks in North America.

Art Studio Owner/Chief Director (May 2002 – 2014)

H-studio. Beijing, China

After leaving Grey, I was established as a well-known storyboard/illustration/comic artist in China. I opened my own studio with about 10 employees and worked for various advertising agencies, film directors and publishers. H-studio was the one of the top preferred creative service providers in multiple related fields.

Grey worldwide is a 4A advertising and media company. I was responsible for drawing all the storyboards and concept illustrations.

Chief Editor of Comic Magazine (May 1997 – Jan 1999)

Comic King of Science. Beijing, China

Comic King of Science was the best-selling comic magazine in China at the time. As the Chief editor, I managed the artists and writers at the company, as well as created and draw multiple series of comics and graphic novel of my own.

Animation Layout Artist (Feb 1993 – Apr 1996)

Pacific Rim Animation US. Shenzhen, China

Pacific Rim Animation US was among the top 3 largest animation companies in China that time. I was responsible for creating the animation layouts based on the scripts from its American branch.
