Formulate a business strategy and design policies that align with the overall business strategy. Implement efficient processes and standards.
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. Report on operational performance, suggest improvements & execution. Planning & Business Excellence Manager
Directly responsible for the functions of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Business Excellence divisions.
Reporting to Chief Operating Officer.
Optimize resource utilization.
Develop short, medium & long term plans to align organization’s strategies. Analyze future resource requirements in operations to fulfil demand. Review performance daily, weekly, monthly & annually against the plan. Responsible to demand & supply planning which includes manufacturing, logistics, SCM & sourcing planning.
Maintain minimum stocks without out-of-stock for demand requirements. Ensure entire operations & sales divisions operate with the SOP’s. Lead RCA as required for chronic issues.
Promote, develop & Implement lean culture within the organization. Quality Assurance Manager
Directly responsible for overall compliance related to all operations. Reporting to Chief Operating Officer.
Food Safety Team Leader & EMS Team Leader.
HACCP/QMS development and ensure effectiveness of controls in the lines. Foreign Body contact point: Foreign Body prevention and detection. Promote and develop a Quality Awareness culture.
Conduct Internal and Vendor site assessments to ensure Compliance. Consumer complaints investigation and conducting RCA & CAPA. Supplier grading & supplier development.
