I assist agents with errors they receive while making any change to their customer’s policy. Send requests to our billing department for multiple reasons. Take chats and phone calls from customers and agents; work to correct and problem solve various situations which include but are not limited to billing/payments; vehicle changes and inquiries into tech solutions.
