My main goal in my patient interaction is to calm and reassure. m I started in the ER nights for 5 years and loved the pace.. attracted to the Trauma Room, I soon was picked up by the Surgery department who is stationed in the Emergency Department. This new role for the past 13 years is multifaceted, from kids to the elderly is the reason I love the urgent setting.
