• Make sure that my co- workers understand the procedure and protocols when it comes when an expired D.O.T. the truck or trailer maybe in need of repairs, and it can be dangerous because a faulty tractor or trailer can be a tragic. If the tractor or trailer is expired send them to the inspection bay to get updated.

• Turn in the timesheet make sure individuals get paid on time.

• Let a co- workers know when they are doing something wrong, I give a verbal warning, next you will get a write up, after it is termination because the individual is doing the same thing and not learning from the situation.

• Make sure the shifts are covered, if no one not able to come in, Supervisor responsibility to see that the shift is covered.
