Leading and empowering a team of 18 FTE Talent Sourcers and 40 vendors to deliver across multiple engineering hiring events/initiatives in a high-volume environment. My team makes impact across various SDE and Sr. SDE levels at scale, but also with specificity of technical domain. Senior Talent Sourcer 02/2016 – 04/2019

Led a team of 30+ Talent Sourcers within the Engineering & Operations Talent Acquisition Division. We hired engineering talent in a high-volume framework. Our mission was to hire at scale across various domains, levels, and technical expertise.

As a Senior IC, I was responsible for meeting with business leaders to identify profiles, creating market intelligence reports, and empowering Talent Sourcers to achieve mission critical goals.
