Started at the entry level position of ACO operator (Automatic Cut Off machine) and concluded my career with the job title of Content Developer. I produced training content for our employees and then provided administration support to our users. This process was all about consulting with our resident experts with the resultant captured knowledge being distilled into scripts, video shoots, subsequent editing and narrations. This course content was robust, augmented with additional training assets such as animations, hyper-realistic 3D modeling and motion graphics. The media was then published to our Learning Management System (Absorb). I was also one of the original administrators managing our product to our more than 1500 valued team members located across three states.
