I was a Servant Leader to my API Team,we where building a Mobile App/Security Control Code for the Company to manage Data Security, mitigate Attacks Encryption,Manage Traffic,protect Organization/Customer Data.I coach them to become Customer Centric/Satisfaction, Build In Quality, Improve Customer Experience, Feedback friendly . CI/CD automated cycle use in the Devops environment where we build the Code,Test for bugs, Release into production,Deploy to end-users,Monitor for feedback, and plan Improvements on the feedback received, is a Continuous process, so we can be able to deploy working software with very less Technical debts, advantage of short cycle time and happy employees .
