If the call is not answered in a timely man- ner, please text with a brief explanation of why the package could not be delivered.

Every day before you start delivering for STAT you must have the following:

A well-functioning clean vehicle

Clean STAT polo or vest with approved uniform pants

An operating Smartphone or Tablet

STAT door tags for leaving notices of signature required orders and packages that need to be recovered or

picked up form patient and returned to the correct des- tination.

PICK-UP drivers must have a scanner and bags (please do not use black trash bags)

Drive safe!

A safe delivery is more important than a fast delivery! Please limit distractions while driving and under no circumstances shall a driver operate a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Use this area to write down any notes, gate codes, etc. for your personal use. RTS- Return to Sender When you see this in the order, do not deliver! Bring back to the office so it can be returned to the sender.

DNS- Do not Service Rarely assigned to a contractor, do not deliver unless told to do so.

LO- Leasing Office Shortened term for leasing office.

ISR- Indirect Signature Required Package requires a signature, doesn’t necessarily need to be from the PT.

NSR- No Signature Required These packages do not require signature. Do not leave at apartment door unless told otherwise.

VM- Voicemail Customer Support will text and call the PT for any issues. Detailed VMs are left when we get no answer.

DT- Door Tag Shortened term for the slips used to collect a Common Acronyms used by Ameriship

Payroll

• STAT pays weekly with the first 2 weeks in the rears. You will receive your first check on the 3rd Friday of you be- ing with us for the first week that you worked. You will be paid weekly following your first check. Once you leave STAT you will receive a settlement for the next two weeks to cover the 2 weeks in the rears.

• There will be a deduction of about $55 each week which covers accidental insurance, cargo insurance, On De- mand Pay access, RPM processing fee and the STAT sup- port fee. STAT Support Fee covers shirts/vest, coolers, ice packs, door tags, car magnets and technology (App used to deliver). All deductions are required besides On demand Pay access which costs around $9 each week. If you would like to opt out of On Demand Pay, email con- tractor relations with your full name stating that you would like to opt out of the ODP program.

• Payroll is done through RPM which is a 3rd party payroll company. Contractor Relations is the liaison between drivers and RPM.

• You will be able to check your pay stubs through Paycor which is provided through RPM. RPM will send out the Paycor link the week that you should receive your first settlement. You will have to use 01-01-2000 for the DOB to register with Paycor.

• If you have any payroll concerns please verify with your GM first. Once the GM verifies there has been a mistake, the GM will email contractor relations the difference of what needs to be paid. Contractor Relations will forward that to RPM so they can get the pay adjusted.

Always verify the house number and street name.

When taking pictures, include the house number in the picture as well as identifiers such as door mats or plants. The PT will receive these pictures and will call if the picture does not match their home, so it is important that we capture these identifiers so we can figure out where the package was left.

**ALWAYS READ THE COMMENTS**

Comments will specify the location the package needs to be delivered to or give specific instructions, example, “Behind pillar” or “Ring doorbell”

*NEVER LEAVE A PACKAGE IN THE MAILBOX*

(Even if the PT tells you to we cannot legally put packages in mailboxes) Not signature required

If a person accepts the package get the name of that person.

If no answer, you may leave the package. Take plenty of pictures and move on. DO NOT THROW PACKAGES.

Signature required

Certain pharmacies require IN-PERSON signatures, these cannot be left at door under any circumstances.

Get a signature! If not legible, get the name of that person.

Leave a door tag if no one is home to sign, write the recipient’s name, the date you attempted the delivery and the tracking number. In the Pickup and Delivery Serivce section, select the box best fit for why we can not leave the package. In the Attempts Made section, select the attempt count that best describes that delivery. If a doortag is collected take a picture of it and attach this to the order.

Read the comments, if the package requires a signature but there is a note in the order such as

“leave at front door if no answer” you may leave this package without signature. It is extremely important to take pictures in this case.

If no notes are in the order and the PT asks for the package to be left, contact Customer Support to verify if the signature can be waived.

NEVER LEAVE A PACKAGE WITHOUT A SIGNATURE UNLESS YOU HAVE PERSMISSION TO DO SO BY THE PHARMACY, PATIENT OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Residential Deliveries

**ALWAYS READ THE COMMENTS**

Comments will specify the location the package needs to be delivered to. Example, “take to apt door” or “ISR@Leasing”

Please attempt delivery at the Leasing office FIRST unless noted otherwise.

--CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE GATE-- Not Signature Required

If a person accepts the package get the name of that person.

If no answer, you may leave the package. Take plenty of pictures and move on. DO NOT THROW PACKAGES.

If taken to the leasing office take a picture of the leasing office that in- cludes the name of the apartments and ALWAYS get a name! If they refuse to give their name describe their appearance.

**ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES**

Signature Required

“ISR at leasing” means a leasing agent can sign for the package. You must get a name regardless.

You can leave a door tag at the apt door if the leasing office will not ac- cept the package and no one is home to sign. If a door tag is collected take a picture of it and attach this to the order.

Depending on the pharmacy, we may be able to waive signature if the leasing agent will not sign or if the only option is to put the package in the parcel locker, please confirm with Customer Support if you need the signature waived.

ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOU ARE AT THE CORRECT APARTMENT COM- PLEX, BUILDING NUMBER AND APARTMENT NUMBER!

Apartment Deliveries

•If you can’t complete an order you must call customer support, leave a door tag and draw a service cross on the package. Never close out an or- der you did not complete.

•Always take two pictures on EVERY delivery, one MUST have the pack- age in it as well as something to identify where it is left, and the second one is to have the house in the picture with the address if possible.

•Always make sure the address on your app and the address on the label matches up before leaving a package.

•If you leave a package at a leasing office or business always get the name of the person you are leaving it with and name of complex or business.

•Never leave packages outside of businesses

•Never bypass signatures. If you collect a door tag remember to put door tag where you would collect the signature. If the comments say “ok to leave if no one is home” remember to put comments where you would collect the signature.

•Location services must be on while delivering for STAT.

• All Next Day By and Hot Shots Deliveries must be delivered withing the time frame given.

• All Same Day Deliveries must be delivered the day it was received.

•The driver must verify the person you deliver to is 21 years of age or old- er for vaping products. You MUST VERIFY WITH A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION

Most business hours are from 8am-5pm. They will be noted in the order usually as “Deliver before 5pm.”

With the Next-Day Business service level we are able to route these orders during the 8am-5pm time frame.

Verify that the PT works at this business before giving it to anyone.

Always get the name of the person receiving it and the name of the business you are delivering it to.

Most business deliveries require signature. If a signature is not required ABSOLUTLY ALWAYS GET A NAME!

If the business is closed for lunch or after hours call Cus- tomer Support for further instructions.

Take a picture of the building from a distance if possible with the business name or suite number clearly visible.

The ID MUST:

1. BE ISSUED BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT - this could include a U.S. State, State University, Federal ID, etc.

2. INCLUDE A PHOTO ID - the photo should resemble the person putting forth this ID that is accepting delivery

3. NOT BE EXPIRED - Expired ID is not acceptable - do not complete deliv- ery if ID is expired.

4. Indicate a BIRTH DATE showing the person is at least 21 years old or older

Once the identification has proven that the person you are delivering to is 21, you may deliver the package. It is imperative that you obtain that person’s signature.

Make sure to always get the name of the person who received the package. NEVER LEAVE A PACKAGE AT THE DOOR WITHOUT A SIGNATURE THERE IS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR LEAVING A PACKAGE AT THE DOOR, ON A PORCH OR ANY OTHER LOCATION WITHOUT ID VERIFICATION! If the receiver refuses to sign for the package, then you may not com- plete the delivery. DO NOT DELIVER DO NOT LEAVE THE PACK- AGE AT DESTINATION Even if the person has shown identification, packages MUST have a signature.

Remember to always take pictures of the location the package was de- livered to.

If the receiver asks to change their delivery address, they will have to contact the shipper to change it for them. can be changed..

Vape Deliveries

These are orders are to be picked up from the location they were delivered to. Common reasons these orders are created include: misdelivery by the contractor, PT moved to a new address, or a PT is asking us to return the package to the pharmacy, etc. RTS means return to sender. Take it to the office and it will be returned to the pharmacy.

These orders will usually have 8 digits instead of the usual 7 digit tracking #.

Leave a DoorTag if the package is not left out and no one answers the door. This will make them aware that we are trying to recover a package.

The order is placed on you as “SUBMITTED,” when you pick it up, you may mark it as “COLLECTED,” when it is delivered to the corrected address or returned to the phar- macy you may then mark it as “DELIVERED.”
