Scope and Area of work:

Supervise and conduct the tool box talk before any activity either Project or maintenance work in process or non-process area related to Mechanical or HVAC & Chiller, Electrical jobs, plumbing jobs, Carpenter jobs, Auto workshop jobs, Swimming pool maintenance etc.

Allocation of budget for yearly usage for improvement of HSE such as health assessment .nutrition expert .Ear and eye check up. Safety walks and marathon. Star driver programs.

Preparation and training of staff before spark potential or hot work in plant or well site or Non processing area /LQ area.

Must check the PPEs Material purchasing, inspection and received note for GRN. Fan Coil unit, Air Handling, Package unit, Split A/C, Window, Humidifier

Good knowledge of SAP, MM and PM Module.

Conduct the safety training and Hazards related to the Vehicle Maintenance, parts Inspection and verification jobs.

ISO team inspection for certification to the Sewage Treatment Plant operation and maintenance.

HSE Asset handling and storage and installation as per required location and proper usage.

Adequate knowledge of Hazards and Near Miss during civil work and General Repairs.

Administration of Office and work Shops to maintain the HSE culture and Company Polices all the time

Inspection of tools and equipments prier to job for safe Material Management before work.

Muster Checker as per Emergency Response Protocol at Sawan Gas Plant and Kadanwari gas Plant.

Conduct safety briefing and trainings to Staff and Monthly assessments of contractors for Position holders and Record keeping for the yearly stars and HSSE bonus.

Inspection of Goods and Material as per company standerds

Responsible site Waste Management and storage as per HSEQ standards

Responsible for inventory replenishment of plant production and non-process area consumables i.e. (Gases, Chemicals and Lubes etc.)

Responsible for outgoing material movements, ensuring that all dispatch documentation is raised in the correct manner, both in terms of contents and time.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSEQ)

Qualified PTW (permit to Work) as performing Authority for Process and Non Process Area, OMV (Pakistan) Sawan Gas Field & Kadanwari central facility.

Certifief Fire fighter at Sawan Gas Plant and Kadanwari Gas Plant.

Very well aware about the CARE system.

Reporting Hazards and Near Miss in CARE module used for any Incident or observation.

Investigate the reported Hazards and arrange to resolve the Hazards as per HSE standards to meet the company policy.

Statement and observation related to the Near Miss and guidlines and solution with cerculation of news letters to inform and realize to all for better HSE culture.

Stand by man (SBM) training and comunication skill deviloupment with quick responce to the ERT.

Vassal or tank entry plan and confined space certificate preparation with meeting and training to write and summarise the job to be conducted with safe and HSE procedures of company.

Implement the procedures for work i.e PTW.work at heights.spark potentianl or hot work.Evocation plan. Mustering exercise. Fire and fire hoses. Night driving. Journey management.

Well know about the Hazards of working at height safe practice use of safety harness.

Use of safety mash during Working at Scaffolding temporally structure for working at height during work.

Certified scaffolding inspector at Sawan and Kadanwari.

Personal protective equipment (PPEs) for safe working staff and equipment to achieve safety target of company as well as client.

Proactive approach for safe work during projects.

Certifired First Aider in case of any Madical aid to staff and can actively involve in emergency situation in project.

Well aware about Environment impact on soil and surroundings of site.

Safe practices during construction and Maintenance work in all areas.

Supervisory Skill:

Adequate knowledge of making ADRs & MRA, PR & PO, with Service Orders.

Fully conversant & well known about the Management HSE Audit Close outs, Follow the HSE Audits, HSE Trainings. Etc.
