I worked as an underground cable technician dealing with 35kv cable from 1/0-1500 Kcmil. I also learned T-body terminations and low voltage inside the lower deck of the windmills. I am familiar with working inside a substation, but only to extend it by adding more steel pillars and breakers. I have worked with PVC conduit and Fiber conduit on a wind farm as well as within city limits building a carwash. I'm willing to learn anything that a job requires. In a 3 month span I traveled to San angelo, Sweetwater, and Dallas in order to find home owners willing to sell their properties. I used software such as Deal Machine, Prop stream, and Reiskip. I was able to meet people from Texas related Facebook groups, as well as the Bigger Pockets website. I gained experience organizing contracts and meeting with 2 different families for a total of 3 properties. I was never able to close due to not having enough cash reserves for earnest money. Other reasons I never closed include, not finding the right buyer in time before the contract was over. Shortly after these 3 properties I continued but ran into very expensive car problems. I quickly picked up a restaurant job to get it fixed, and then went to the windmills to build my cash reserves.
