TSDF Operations Manager, Advanced Chemical Treatment 2011 to 2013 Oversight over all day to day operations to ensure compliance with state and Federal regulations to Part B permitted hazardous waste storage facility. Provided multiple disposal solutions for hazardous waste generators in CA and NM, while ensuring timely identification and maintenance of disposal restrictions. Maintained all the facilities’ inbound material profiles and lab pack inventories for compliance with the operating WAP and maintained the current outbound approvals of multiple disposal TSDF’s, created new outbound or material specific approvals as needed prior to acceptance of waste stream(s) into the facility. Engaged in yearly disposal TSDF audit process as part of the high level management group to ensure disposal facilities operated within compliance of their permit to continue sending them waste. Evaluated all inbound and outbound manifests and LDR’s for potential issues prior to receipt into the facility or shipment of waste to final TSDF’s.
