Worked with RF/MV/Service performance teams for out of service sites, also worked with NOC team to enhance ticket creation database.

Review quotes, submit POR’s (OPEX/CAPEX), updated database to reflect costs spent/saved. Ordered materials, asset transfers, material returns.

Lifting of equipment for Landlord roofers, temporary monopole (embedded poles & COW’s) installations for water tank painting and tower reinforcement. Submitted proper documentation for workflow to completion for on air as well as E911 call testing. Created Augments and followed tasked through workflow to completion.

Installs/swaps/ relocations: Antenna (full blown sector relocations, platform swap outs, AZ changes), flagpole installation/modifications, install 100 & 200amp service, RRH, filters, Wall/bulkhead rebuilding/repointing, stealth installations/modifications, generator deployments. Coordinated and managed several projects/sites that include Verizon Macro/Small Cell (MCO, Prism, RRH) & AT&T/Ericsson generator installation (Diesel, natural gas & propane. Foundation pour for generator sets & H-Frames.), this includes in-house crews as well as General Contractors. Also lead on Generator deployment for the L.I. Market.

Received/reviewed/modified/submitted COP’s. Review and approve GC PO’s.

Worked with A/E’s to resolve on site issues and provided D-14 corrections.

Conducted weekly/monthly reports auditing Construction, Site Acquisition, WA (Work Authorization) & PAWA (Pre-Approval Work Authorization) misuse.

Bechtel: PM (Consultant) 03/2011 to 09/2011

Worked directly with Regional Safety Officer to receive/reviewing/approve CD5 packages (Control Descent) that is required by NYCDOB as well as OSHA.

Responsibilities included managed multiple GC’s to install hybrid trunk lines as well as antenna swaps for LTE launch.

Resolved material issues with both GC’s & logistics division, also worked with field techs to ensure site safety & timely installation.

Tracked over 250 sites from start to completion, managed NY/NJ regional tracker for daily reporting. In addition, worked with site acquisition dept to resolve any LL issues that arose.
