Professional Mechanical Engineer, I am currently working in Qatar Electricity & Water Company, Specialized in Mechanical Maintenance, Day to day Maintenance, Quarterly, Semiannually & Annual Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance on Rotary Equipment like Compressors, Brine Pump, Sea Water Pump Booster Pump. Identifying and Sorting defects and raising defect Cards for further action. Preparing work orders and Scope of Work (SOP),

Leading Maintenance Team /Gang, preparing possible “Hazard and Risk Assessment (RA) arranging & briefing “Tool Box Talk” to aware technicians regarding possibilities of hazards/accidents/incidents prior to starting work execution maintaining 4C card.

Ordering necessary spares & Tools to rectify the defect through MRC

(Material Resource & Control) dept, preparing PO (Purchase Order ) or QPO (Quick Purchase Order) according to urgency/requirements. Technical Evaluation of offered spares and equipment as per required standards and specifications for the plant and finalization/acceptance of offered items. Collection of spares from the store using Oracle preparing MIR (Material Issue Receive).

Execution of PMS Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, and Annually Performing daily Defect rectification on Rotary Equipment i.e., Compressor, Make up water system, ECL system, Feed water system CCCW (Close Cycle Cooling Water) system, Brine pump, Sea Water pump, Condensate pump, Booster pump, Sock dosing pump, Recirculation Pump etc. Maintenance on Boiler (evaporating equipment 44t/hr.), superheater, Reheater, Economizer system, Fuel burning system, draft fan system etc.

Verifying & Inspecting materials, spares & offers arrived, Technical Evaluation of Offers from outsourcing & Contracts as per required standards and specifications, submitting final acceptance/Rejection report to Technical Manager / Project Manager. Collecting spares and preparing Material Issue Receive (MIR) from the Main store.
